This page says which models make the music, what is kept about you, who owns a song you make, and what happens if you report one. You do not need to sign in to read it.
The music engine is ACE-Step 1.5 XL, licensed under MIT. We run the official image unmodified, and the licence text ships inside the image with the model.
Cover art is made by an image model: FLUX.1 [schnell], released under Apache-2.0, which places no conditions on the picture it produces. The description that model is given is written on our server from the style and mood you chose — your own words, the song's name, its lyrics, anything you typed, are never sent to it. When the model is unavailable or produces nothing, a design drawn on our own server from the song's seed and style is used instead. A song's artwork can change, and each cover's web address is tied to that exact picture.
MiniMax-Music3 is not in use here and no song has been made with it. If it is ever switched on, its name will appear wherever its output plays; its licence requires that.
These rules govern your use of this service. They are adapted from Attachment A of the CreativeML Open RAIL-M family of licences, which many open AI models are released under, and we adopt them as our own — so they are already in force, rather than arriving on the day some model requires them. None of the models we run today imposes them: the music engine is ACE-Step 1.5 XL under MIT, and the cover-art model is FLUX.1 [schnell] under Apache-2.0. Every song made here is generated by AI. This label travels with every published track — in the gallery, on its share card, and in any message made from it:

Lyrics you write are yours and we claim nothing in them. We claim no ownership of the song either, and the model licensors claim no rights in a model's output. What we cannot give you is exclusivity, and we cannot promise your song is unique: a generative model can produce something very like it for someone else, and whether AI output can be owned at all is answered differently from country to country. When you publish a song you allow us to keep and show that song in the public gallery and on its share card; unpublish it and that permission ends.
Every published song carries a report button. A report goes into a review queue and a person looks at it, not an algorithm. If the report stands, the song is unpublished: it leaves the gallery, its own public page and its share card, and its automatic cover art stops resolving at any public address. The file stays in its author's own library — unpublishing is not deletion. Every takedown is written to the admin action log.
We receive only your Telegram ID and @username, and store nothing else — no email, no password, no name, no photo.
No phone number, no contacts, no location. The only other thing kept is the language you choose — Farsi or English — so we know which one to speak to you in. Lyrics you write and songs you make stay private until you publish them yourself.
